You enter the building through a door to the street, in the hall we will find the elevator. Upon entering the apartment we will find access to a full bathroom with bath, then a full kitchen with dining room for 4 people, then a king bed of 1.80 x 1.90, and finally a balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy outdoors. The apartment has no washing machine or dryer but has a laundry 1 block. The neighbouring tower is under construction so it can generate annoying noises during the day.
